I think it is fake- photography trick. If you look at all the sites, the picture is the saaaaaame, and there is no location of this. I have been a number of times to Istanbul and never heard of this place…..If anyone knows, they should enlighten.
Yes. This is not in Istanbul. It is in the Old City (Kaleiçi) of Antalya. In front of Alp Paşa Hotel. They put glass protection over the ancient stones found in that street. And most probably there is some water over it that it is reflecting that much.

I have traveled extensively and I have ever see this or heard of it before.
I’ve lived in Istanbul for 25 years and have never heard of this.

you are correct
It is not in Istanbul but in the old city of Antalya . It is the glass cover of ancient sewer system .
